What brands do you accept?
We are currently accepting the following brands:
Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Mulberry, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Chloe, Celine, Loewe, Fendi, Burberry, Saint Laurent, Goyard, Prada, Bottega Vaneta & Valentino.
All other brands with be considered though so get in touch.
How much will I earn?
Once the buyer receives and accepts their item, you will receive the resale price less our sales commission via BACS transfer within 5 working days.
What are the sales commission rates?
Our commission structure is simple and is based on the resale value of the bag.

How is the selling price determined?
There are a number of factors that will affect the selling price of your bag including, but not limited to, market demand, brand and style of the bag as well as condition and whether the original accompaniments are available.
What happens if my bag doesn't sell?
If your bag has not sold within 12 weeks, we will be in touch to discuss the selling price and marketing strategy. The selling price will only be altered if you are in full agreement. If your bag has still not sold within 20 weeks, then the bag will be returned to you.
How many images do I need to send?
We ask that you send clear photographs of every angle of the bag, including any serial numbers or heat stamps, hardware, the inside of the bag and any accompaniments. The more information you can send initially will mean a more accurate quote.
How do you verify authenticity?
We will verify the authenticity of every item in-house and additionally by a trusted 3rd party authentication service.
